Villagers can despawn if not contained within a NPC Village.

Has anyone had any issues with relocated Villagers despawning?

My base on my current world, about 6 hours in. The structure on the left is a chicken coop and there's also a small mushroom farm inside the hill.

I've been playing BTW for over a year, and when HChunger was added I got it in my head that I needed to make crafting an Iron Hoe and starting a farm+chicken coop my top priority in a new world.
