Having varied events and not solely relying on stats but the players own ingenuity is a bonus. Also if you're running it with a few more people be prepared for some crazy shit to go down. Yeah I tend to just put legendaries all in one box and never touch them again. They're solely for collecting since you can't breed them.

Nope, there is no way for Mew to learn Mean Look. There's no Tm or move tutors that teach it ;). However Smeargle can copy all of those moves but that would require going back a couple games or trading to get one :p.
