Re: Sargunster's BTW Addon [v2.2 alpha for MC1.3.2 and BTW4.

Thanks for the update, might be able to get back to my island world. Not sure why you've taken out craftguide compatibility though considering he released a modloader (ie. not FML) version for 1.3.2 as well.

Re: New Release! (BTW V3.80)

Slurp squeak pomf, but what does it mean. Does it help with those?

Nice update flowerchild. Now if only my hard drive didn't crash and lose all my save data, then I'd be able to test it out in survival like it's meant to be done.

Re: Runic Dusts

I've been using this for a while now, and with the recent updates it's become quite a bit more balanced towards vanilla. The introduction of powered runes and level cost helped alot. The XP one now takes 80 levels and 2 mob eggs to even activate, and needs to be fed 1~2 mobs a day to stay open, and ...

Stewing pot turns flowers to dye

Seeing as we currently have a way to automate the production of flowers using grass planters, I thought we might as well have a way to change those flowers into their respective dyes. Currently the stewing pot allows for extracting cactus green, so it would make sense that it would do the same for f...

Not sure if it's just me, but it still seems to crash, though on start up now instead of when opening the book. Re: [Spoilers] Dragon Orb Discussion

I'm not sure if it's exactly equal, but it should be noted that the different sized xp orbs have different values and the same goes for dragon orbs. Also, when the hopper is powered it outputs one larger xp orb which might actually give the same amount of xp as the collected dragon orbs.

If only, if only we had the increased block ID already. On a side note, does anybody know what happens if you have two mods that have the same recipe for different objects? I'm asking because one of my other mods uses the recipe you use for hay bales for thatch roofing.

Re: [Spoilers] Dragon Orb Discussion

I've found an interesting exploit/bug that I'm unsure if it belongs in the bug thread seeing as it relies on another mod to even happen. It seems the wisdom rune from the dust mod, which can collect and store xp orbs and levels, seems convert dragon orbs into xp as well.

Re: [Spoilers] Soulforged steel discoveries

Well, hunger definitely seems to be draining faster. It might actually be problematic at this point. It also seems that until you're lite on fire, fire doesn't damage you.

Also, I managed to get out, though with only 2 hearts left and only because I had full hunger thus I was regenerating health.

A few more tests and it's definitely the vat mod. More specifically it's whenever it's heated. I'll go mention it in the mod's thread.

[Solved] BTW 3.70 Crash

Well that's interesting to say the least. After some sleep and a whole lot more tests I've managed to track the source of the crashing to the vat mod. However when uninstalled it also crashes as it tries to load the tanks with biofuel in them. Fortunately it seems that if I reinstall it after that t...

Re: BTW 3.70 Crash

Unfortunately, after walking around for a bit it goes to the loading chunks screen then to a black screen. If it does produce an error report I'm not sure where to find it.

Re: [Spoilers] Soulforged steel discoveries

Don't feel too bad morm, I actually found the two out after spawning in my base under the ocean. Needless to say I'm going to have to make another way out, especially since you'll drown if you try to swim out without the respiration enchantment (which is currently placed conveniently on my plate hel...

Re: BTW 3.70 Crash

Installing just BTW 3.7 and modloader (with all mods put into a different folder) seems to run the world fine. No crashes at all, and all automations not having buildcraft functionality are running as well as they always have. I also tried running the world with most of my mods besides the buildcraf...

Re: BTW 3.70 Crash

Yep, BTB after BTW. I'm also only getting the crash with the newest version of BTW, when I revert back it plays fine. In addition, I've tested making another world and it ran fine even with all the other mods I have installed. It seems to only be crashing in my main world, though it did crash in my ...

This is a spoiler topic for 3.7 soulforged steel armor discoveries. As implied their will definitely be spoilers so read at your own risk. Last chance to back out of this. [Solved] BTW 3.70 Crash

I've run into a bit of a problem while attempting to update to BTW 3.70. That being that it crashes my main world. I use quite a few mods including BTB so after a few attempts I tried uninstalling all of them and going with a clean install of BTW and BTB only (with the prerequisite modloader of cour...

Well I've found 2 others as well, but I think I'll let others find them for themselves at this point. No sense in spoiling things too early. That one was entirely aesthetic though, so I thought I might as well mention it.

Re: New Release! (BTW V3.70)

Well this is a bit annoying. Updating seems to have broken my world, though I'm unsure as to the cause of it. Luckily I keep backups when updating. At first it was crashing near my lighthouse, but it also seems to be breaking when I approach my main base. I thought it might have been the change to d...

Thanks for pointing out the optifine thing dragon orb thing kaos; I was wonder why I didn't find any. It might also be affecting the rare drop thing as I didn't seem to get any with 9 stacks of spawned zombies. Everything seems to be working fine with BTB.

Re: New Release! (BTW V3.70)

Nice, a more reliable way for me to xp grind, though I thought the xp orbs already had the same bounding box. Were they unable to fit under half slabs? I see myself wasting many of the levels gained from this on my soulforged steel armor though. Unless I get lucky of course and you made aquatic helm...

Interesting, I think I'll put mine up later tonight myself.
