Sand or Gravel Slab on Cactus
If you place a sand or gravel slab on top of a cactus it results in an odd glitch where the slab seems to be constantly falling a slight ways down and teleporting back up.

Absolutely lovely seeing it all laid out like that.
Also, you seem to be missing the potion hierarchy. It's hardly essential but as of hardcore brewing it's a fairly in depth process with legitimate progression so it might be worth including.

I meant that it does get skipped. This does not seem to be intended behavior as per my interpretation of the change log.
