Re: [1.5.2] [4.891124] Biomes O' Plenty 0.1.2A - BTW Edition
I was wondering if we could work together on a version of my deco add-on that would work with BOP(or vice versa), with generating flowers, cherry trees, and other stuff. I was already planning on adding more vegetation. I also had an idea for at third type of village with paper walls/paper lanterns ...

If it is save you will continue everthing in your mod and make it bug free, I will continue the support. I hope you understand what I want to say... I don´t want do put work in it without safety. DONE. What I've released today should make the add on feel less like it was pasted together with glue and rubber bands. Should feel like an actual part of the game now. https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B19xmmd ... sp=sharing.

That's a relief :D My GF is hooked with this TP, and she actually won't allow me to update BTW unless, the TP has caught up with FC's update. I've to say though, after looking at the night sky, going back to Vanilla is kinda ... *blargh* Good Job man Lol No I didn´t stop. There wasn´t anything mod ...

Re: Hardcore Nether Animals Discussion (Spoilers)
From what i can tell, he's not one to create a problem without an available and applicable solution. In theory, one should be able to solve the problem within a relatively timely manner of entering the nether and thus creating the problem. Therefore the solution must be something gathered from the ...

Re: Unable to install BTW with the new launcher
The old launcher is much easier since when you press "Force Update" it gives you a fresh version of 1.5.2 on which you can install BTW, so you don't have to worry about backing stuff up etc.

Re: Farming Changes addon (Requesting Permission.)
That's one thing I've worried about for a long time and It's been the reason I've been putting off jumping into this. I barely know Java in the first place, and with limited time to make something like this/figure it out I haven't wanted to try. But now that BTW is getting close to finished I decid...

Re: Hardcore Nether Animals Discussion (Spoilers)
So, I updated BTW to the latest version and my chickens (in the overworld) are spontaneously exploding. What am I doing wrong? I don't have any spare eggs. Someone in the IRC mentioned that it could be the distance to my nether portal (which would make sense since my cows and sheep don't seem to be...

Re: Farming Changes addon (Requesting Permission.)
Dude I've wanted to see this, I started to make something kinda like this a while back but I never finished it. The Deco Add-on already has grape vines and (I haven't released it yet but) corn crops, would we be able to make some sort of comparability or cooperation? I've not really ever liked how t...

Re: Block IDs
I didn't realize that Adubbz had made a patch to block ID's too, but mine also use extended ID's from 3000 to 3030 or something like that. Then Item Id's are 30000 to 30003 or 30004. Sorry, I don't want to open up the code right now because I'm lazy, but you get it: I am going up from 3000 for block...

I have to say: BTW always has a way of saying: here's the original way to do something(Anything from smelting ore, to cooking food, to enchanting, to wood chopping): it takes more attention, and may not be very efficient, and it may also take longer; and here's the upgraded way of doing something: I...

Re: [4.89112] The Deco Add-on
Okay, so a few things: The stained glass does that because Vanilla Minecraft doesn't allow for two different layers of alphas. Ice does the same thing. Nothing really I can do about it for now. Yes, the purple blocks are based on snow. (They are really cold so they freeze grass obviously) I will giv...

Re: Vanilla Minecraft News Discussion
The new biomes seems like it should have been done a while ago.
As for my thoughts on the new cherry trees: Damnit!
Canyon Biomes: I really wish they did that differently. There should have been a separate Block for Adobe Rock and a Broken (Cobble) Adobe Rock that you get when mined.

Excuse my ignorance, but does this work on servers too or just ssp? Actually that is a good question. I'm going to have as much fun telling you this as possible: 1) I have a lot of wood. Full on wood, too much to use for the erection of any normal project until very late game. Maybe its just me but wood is not a resource and I don't feel that was intended. 2) Before I bother to build a saw, but I ha...

Re: Kaos' Zombified Deco Add-on [PENDING PERMISSION]
No promises on this one, but I may have some functionality in the release following the next that may simplify that issue significantly, as I'm running into similar problems in planning to make cocoa beans an edible item (since they also function as a dye already). I'd recommend you go the separate...
