It turned out the problem was that the server was struggling to handle all of mCharger's and meg's automation. mC turned off the stuff he didn't need and everything now seems to be OK.

Sorry to anyone who had their blocks disappear. I had accidentally run the server using vanilla and so the mod blocks got deleted. I've rolled the world back to 12pm GMT Saturday, the most recent backup I have that still has the blocks :P. Hope I didn't undo too much of people's works.

Yeah the host is having some issues, so the server will be down for a while. Will update y'all once it's fixed.

Spawn is now safe, the wither is no more :). I had a tense and fun time hunting and battling it in the dark and lava-strewn caves it had created. Time to rebuild! Next time, we spawn one next to Shpony's :D
