Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.3b)
Derp. Fixed (hopefully?) Just fired it up and tested it works beautifully! Thank you! Been stalking this thread since BTW updated and broke the guide, so happy dance! Stalker :p Also, yay for it actually working! Thanks indeed man, I was eager to check this out and get rid of having the wiki in ano...

Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.3)
Not sure if it's just me, but it still seems to crash, though on start up now instead of when opening the book. Here's the crash report. --- BEGIN ERROR REPORT 380650ad -------- Generated 07/06/12 1:17 PM Minecraft: Minecraft 1.2.5 OS: Windows 7 (amd64) version 6.1 Java: 1.6.0_30, Sun Microsystems ...

Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.2)
My game crashes as well, however, I never get to view an error report, I get the "Saving Chunks" screen and then the game closes :/ I was thinking that it may be an issue with using BTB; I gathered this as the old gear recipe shows in the craftguide without the BTW guide + Build Guide. Pe...

Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.2)
Awesome, you have saved me from coding up this myself. Could you please add this to the wiki? I never saw your mod. I am a failure at wiki-editing for the most part. I am debating as to if I should create a forum thread on the MCF, though (spiny mode: ENGAGE!) Also, I have been informed that BTB re...

I always play ARM. Dad always plays CORE. It works. We had a lot of LRPC battles though.FlowerChild wrote:I think artillery feeling less powerful was one of the things I didn't dig about SC. I used to be Mr. Big Bertha :)

Re: Total Annihilation - an ("Ancient") RTS
OMG. I played this game to DEATH! The Multiplayer was wicked fun. I especially loved it when my friend started building nuclear power plants. He thought i didn't know.... but i knew. He then brought his commander in to help build. I waited until he was building his fourth (all next to eachother too...

Total Annihilation - an ("Ancient") RTS
So, a couple of days ago I just got back into the game Total Annihilation, due to me noticing that someone had released an (unofficial) 4.0 patch . For those of you who don't know what it is, it's a real-time-strategy game released in 1997 - I wouldn't quite say that it was genre-defining, but influ...

Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.2)
If people use a "tell me all the recipes" mod, then they expect to get all the recipes. I don't see a problem if you update right after BTW, people searching this mod for recipes are the sort who aren't as interested in self-discovery and normally just wait for the wiki/others to find it....

Re: TLW's Craftguide Plugins (Alpha v1.2)
Wow this will be useful! I wont have to use half my screen having buildcraft wiki open all the time! Thanks for all the work you put into this! For future updates, may i suggest lagging the update of this by at least a few days, FC enjoys us discovering new stuff for ourselves. Good advice. Would p...

Re: looking for a texture pack
I've heard mixed feelings about that - apparently some <16x16 texture packs are actually 16x16 internally (So that they work without the HD fix, supposedly).RaustBlackDragon wrote:low-res texture packs reduce lag?

Re: BTW Craftguide Plugin (Alpha v1.0)
VDIT: Confirmed that is supports items from BTB. :D It doesn't support Buildcraft's assembly table recipes, that's the only thing I can think of right now that's missing, apart from the saw and millstone recipes, which are less important. Added the first one :D As for the saw and millstone recipes,...

Re: "Anniversary Update" Speculation
If I may throw something into the mix: keep in mind that I've been getting increasingly frustrated with how vanilla design decisions affect the design of the mod. If I may ask, decisions like what? Decisions like the Single-Block-ID=Single-Behaviour thing (lighting, etc)? Because that makes me thin...

Re: BTW Craftguide Plugin (Alpha v1.0)
Damn! I made something like this a while back, but it was quite hacky[...] ...And this isn't? There was some talk about this a while back, but with the 4x4 crafting grid it died down. Yeah... As you may notice, it's a little glitchy with the anvil recipes enabled. It works, but the recipes are much...

TLW's Craftguide Plugins (v1.4)
So, to celebrate finishing high school, I decided to write a couple of Craftguide plugins. Currently, the basic functionality is there, although they are perhaps the most brittle examples of code that I have ever written, due to the fact that the only way I have found to access the inputs of most BT...

Good sir, You say you are not eloquent, but I must say... I call you a liar, and have yet to see if you are not, in fact, a wolfaboo. Should you prove wolfaboo, though, I think we can expand the cage holding pen that Raust occupies a little to keep you around. Welcome to the forums, hon. ;) That is...

Yet Another First Post
Hello, I'm The Lone Wolfling. (I am aware of the irony (and danger) of joining the BTW forums with a handle like that, but I like the handle, darn it!) I am not in the least bit eloquent, sorry about that, and as such I have a tendency to be rather blunt (apologies in advance). So, to be my usual se...
