The Vessel of the Dragon is found in non-looted jungle temples. It can store experience orbs or Dragon Orbs up to approximately 30 levels (starting from 0, which is around 800 xp). When given mechanical power, the vessel will tilt and pour its content on the ground in front of it (as demonstrated with the lever in the temples).
