Sugar Canes are a versatile crop that is easy to grow with minimal farming materials, used for creating wicker and paper, or ground into sugar. It can be found next to Rivers and in Swamps on grass, dirt, and sand as long as it is adjacent to water. Unlike in Vanilla Minecraft, you can only plant Sugar Cane Roots that you find in the wild, or that you buy from a Villager (Farmer).
