Padding is used to cushion armor and lessen the blow of attacks and is a crucial component in creating Armor Plate. 9 Padding can be crafted into Block of Padding for storage or decorative use.

- The padding recipe requires the new hardcore wool item you receive from shearing sheep, instead of the three feathers required in previous versions. It can be of any color. Aside from that, it still requires two Fabric.
